We had a great city trip and enjoyed our stay at the hotel. However, they compensated us by providing us with a complimentary suite for the night. We were pleased to see that the room was well-maintained and had all the modern amenities, such as a fully-functional air conditioning, hot and cold shower, and complimentary Wi-Fi. the hotel was situated in a prime location, with easy access to public transport and major tourist attractions within the city.
We understand that mistakes can happen, but the hotel needs to ensure they improve their record-keeping system to avoid mismanagement in the future. It would have been worse if we had not received a complimentary room, however, we appreciate the quick thinking and problem-solving skills of the staff.
